3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd8888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts as communicated in any applicable promotional terms or account notification, provided that reasonable advance notice is given to the account holder via the registered email address.

6.4 Manifest Errors.
